Cadenva processes meeting recordings, transcripts, extracted actions, imported workspace notes, and the Google Calendar data required to create approved events. The product uses that data to run the workflow you see, not to create hidden background scheduling or opaque automation.

What Cadenva processes

Meeting inputs Audio recordings, transcript text, generated summaries, action candidates, decisions, risks, and open questions.

Workspace context Imported notes, workspace memory, and follow-up context used to answer Copilot questions and improve extraction usefulness.

Calendar integration data The Google Calendar account data needed to create, confirm, and track approved events for an authorized workspace.

Why it is processed

To transcribe and structure meetings Cadenva turns recordings into summaries, decisions, actions, and approval-ready follow-ups.

To keep humans in control Approved actions can become Google Calendar events, but only after a person explicitly approves them.

To keep context usable over time Workspace memory helps teams ask better questions and avoid losing follow-up context after a call ends.

Security and access

Workspace access is scoped Production access requires a valid workspace unlock or authorized session. Shared anonymous workspace access is not the intended model.

Calendar credentials are protected Production deployments are configured to store Google Calendar credentials encrypted at rest, and calendar actions require explicit approval flow before scheduling.

Data is used to operate the service Meeting and calendar data is used to run Cadenva and its approved integrations. It is not sold as product exhaust.

Retention and control

Pilot-stage handling Cadenva is still being refined with early teams, so workspace retention and deletion requests are handled directly as part of support and onboarding.

Google connection control Teams can disconnect calendar access and stop creating approved events for a workspace whenever that integration is no longer needed.
